Only if you pay the top rate of contribution per month for the last 12-15 years

I know people paying between 600 and 800 euros per month autonoma in order to secure a half decent pension because apparently the lowest rates are to cover health care only.

Its a serious subject so can only suggest you ask your gestor for some hard facts.
