Spanish minimum Ceiling Height

I am helping a friend extend their ground floor property onto another floor with Solarium on top
They have been given various quotes from various builders, however they are coming in rather high so the current thinking is to go down the route of directly employing a local builder and my project managing the build, before negotiating prices with local builders merchants etc does anyone know the Minimum ceiling height on a first floor build in the Alicante region?

The general rule is 2.4m although bathrooms and bedrooms can be 2.2m

If you assume 2.4, then all should be well. Don't forget that you SHOULD let the town hall know and pay the relevant taxes!
