Spanish Landlord Insurance.

Could someone kindly give me information on landlord insurance. Are there any British companies, any to avoid, any reccommendations.

We took some out some time ago but it was expensive (I thought). It worked out at 1 months rent for the 12 month contract but did cover every eventuality.
I will try and remember the name of the company (I know it starts with the letter 'a').

A British insurance company won't be any good for Spanish Landlord Insurance!
We took some out some time ago but it was expensive (I thought). It worked out at 1 months rent for the 12 month contract but did cover every eventuality.

A landlord policy will cover for unpaid rent, unpaid utilities, legal costs to evict tenants, damage done by tenants etc.
