I don´t know if electronics is the right word but I am looking for a dish washer and the prices in the shops are ridiculous, so wondered whether there are any online sites where it might be cheaper.

Sorry can't help with your query we're not in Spain until later this year.

What do you class as ridiculous prices? We are debating whether or not to bring our dishwasher with us, your answer might decide that for us. Ours is a Bosch Exxcel, how much would that cost in Spain?

Definitely bring it. The cheapest I could find was about 350 euros just for a cheap make.

ps I need a new one because my Candy caught fire.

There are loads of sites offering decent discounts.

You best bet is to use one of the price comparison sites which will show you the companies that offer the best deals.

UK comparison sites seem to indicate these aren't bad prices

Thanks Fred. Looked at ciao and an Indesit is 238 on somewhere called Redcoon and in the Carrefour site is 268.

It would probably get charged as a cubic mtr for the transport, is it really worth it ?

whilst it takes up space in the move many people scrap or sell for pennies and then have to buy for euros when they get here.
we were about to take that route but found that our fridge and freezer were reasonable age, good condition and survived the move.

Carrefour San Fernando is close to you and very convenient should you have any problems, but not sure if they charge for delivery, but they will remove the old one.

Doesn't amazon.co.uk deliver to Spain? I am pretty sure it does.

the only thing that worries me about buying online in Spain is that if you live in the campo you often dont have a proper address for delivery. Can anyone tyell me how that works?

Sorry Nick couldn´t find dishwashers on Amazon either UK or ES. The campo delivery is always the worry.
