God forbid you'd hide a bottle of Gin in your pants as you cross over from Gib.
By the way, say what you will about any politician, but I believe Rajoy is actually fighting the EU and ECB's pressure to further increase VAT and nick bank accounts.
Their mindless money grab would benefit the EU, but would only further hurt Spain, making it even more subservient to the fluffy bunnies in Brussels. Rajoy is standing his ground ... so far.

In a live demonstration Spanish journalist report that the mobile scan housed in a less than conspicuous van, the vehicle in fact according to reports is deliberately in a dirty condition, making it less obvious to detection, the unit was seen scanning many rows of cars slowing down when the x-ray beam was engaged to scan vehicles and people a like.
On more than one occasion the scan detected suspicious articles, this was communicated by the vehicles operators where according to spanish press reports Guardia Civil officers suddenly abrasively pounced with firearms in hand on the unsuspecting car owners who had his vehicle searched again to confirm the scans findings.
