Hi Sue and Rosemary
It's being really hard to me to respect the rules here... :o I sent the PM because I didn't want to make "spam" and to offer the possibility of having an advice from an english lawyer speaker. One more time, I'm so sorry. I won't mention anything else that could be considerated spam... |

I know it's difficult because there is a a very fine line between contributing, and using the forum to promote oneself and some have difficulty figuring it all out. However, rule of thumb is ... be helpful, answer questions, help other people .... but don't mention your company or use a post/pm to tout for business. (you don't need to the details are in your sig that is visible each time you post ;) ). That way if you build a great reputation for being helpful people will naturally come to you if they have use of your company, and everyone is a winner. :) Apologies to thread starter for taking your thread off topic. Can anyone help with janephillips question? |

Can anyone help with janephillips question? it's run by SueG who posts here she's a long way from Málaga, but she might at the very least know of someone who can help down there - or at best be able to get the OP some advice over the phone |

many thanks A lot may depend on the nationality of the parents and child and if there are any plans for one of the parents to live somewhere that would cause access issues. Clearly it is always best to try and resolve things amicably for everyones sake but especially the child/ren. It would appear from your post that this cannot be done then you must go the legal route. I have to say that if the custodial parent makes a serious allegation against you that it is possible that you will not be allowed to have contact with your child at all, this can extend past the age of 18. The law is very strict here on the protection of children. Sorry if that sounds doom and gloom but I'm giving you worst case scenario and I wish you all the best. |
