Could someone explain basically what the video clip is about as I am unable to view at present due to a very, very slow dongle connection.

it's a group of dancers who come into the atrium of a large bank in Seville. It's the Santander. A local radio station has prepared a song and various people are present with radios and cameras.
The song is 'Banquero... where's my money?. Crooks, 500 euro notes, Marbella, bonuses, mortgages, commissions, swindlers, rich and poor... Banquero, where's my money?' as the troupe dances in unison.
The customers look up and some of them join in. a frightened looking bank-teller is on the phone 8upstairs, presumably). The rent-a-cop is trying to chase the dancers outside, but they dance out of his way.
The video is a protest at the System, but it beats throwing fire extinguishers off the roof.
