Re: Spain - UK via France
The French PM is making a declaration this week as to whether restaurants will be able to open as from next week, particularly in the "green" zone. If not, the hotel will only provide breakfast in your room and you must cater for yourselves during the day. Keep an eye on the France forum where there'll be a thread on Ed. Philippe's statement....
He'll also say whether travel restrictions for the French will be lifted and whether an International Attestation will still be needed to pass through France to go "home" (at present in either direction, returning to one's place of residence).

The 100 km restriction within France has been lifted, but the PM didn't commit himself regarding borders within Europe - a European Decision will be announced on 15th June. Meanwhile if you're travelling before this date, you must download one International Attestation for each person in the car and for each day that you're in France.
