Soundproofing
Heres hoping for some sensible advice from you lot (haha)
Bought a house, got a basement. Half would be for the car but is filled with wood, scooters etc etc etc. Other half is the 'studio/office/spareroom' But the main water/sewage outpipe comes down into it, along the ceiling and out of the wall. I know others have boxed them in and I intend to do this after fitting lightsades in the place first (bit mnore important) Anyway - whats the best way to lag these pipes so when someone has a shopwer or runs the tap it doesnt sound like the Victoria falls ? I have been told old carpet but also wondered about spray foam.....:D many thanks in advance |
