He dealt with our purchase 10yrs ago and we felt it went through without any untoward problem. He also speaks good english.

Yes, seconded. We used Jose Luis for house purchase initially. Since then he has done Spanish wills and Lasting Power of Attorney for us and dealt with various issues with local government and the taxman.
