Can any recommend a good solicitor for the purchase of an inland property in the Pinoso area?

I would recommend Pellicer & Heredia, professional Spanish solicitors who speak good English. They are based in Alicante but have an office in Pinoso. They have done work for me and they advertise in The Inland Magazine (TIM) magazine. Remember most offices will be closed until after the New Year and they are probably no exception.

There's a solicitor nr here called TLAcorp.. we have used them and they are great.. also if you sign up for Barney's animal rescue and €10 per year you get a discount with TLA, off hand cant remember if it's 10 or 15 percent.

I just wanted to post an update to this question.

We contacted two of the Solicitors recommended on this forum. TLAcorp responded to my enquiry almost immediately, even though it was the Christmas holidays. The other company took around 6 weeks to respond to my initial enquiry. Needless to say TLAcorp got the business. The service we have received has been excellent - far above and beyond what we expected. The Solicitor we worked with was always available, always quick to respond, never got frustrated with the deluge of questions she received from us and explained everything in great detail. She told us when we asked her to get involved in issues that were not her remit, and when issues arose that were within her remit she fought our corner. She gave us excellent advice on a number of issues and pointed out some things that we should attend to that we had not even thought about - and we thought we had most bases covered from our research. All in all a 5* service. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy in the Alicante area.
