Is there a website in Spain where you can view sold property prices by postcode / town?

Never seen one but postcode here takes in the whole town not just a few on a Street ours is 18700 that is the whole town

Can't speak for other regions, but here, people don't like to divulge their selling price.

There is a lot of "quiet" old family money around, and the old families who own much of the property like to "keep up with the joneses", so to speak.

When they finally list a property, they'll often list it for double or triple its actual value, not only in the hopes of attracting an inexperienced (foreign) buyer, but also to show how equal they are to their peers. And they all watch what each other is doing.

Some of these properties sit on the market for years without anyone even looking at it. In the end, they'll usually sell at a more realistic price, sometimes a mere fraction of what they list it for, and naturally, the last thing they want people to know is how much less they sold it for.

So, it a bit doubtful you'll easily find that information.
