I wont, if I could afford to go right now I would but I have to get a few more big jobs done before I can, Lara is going to see her old riding instructor this week, she is a famous dressage rider who has strong connections with Spain so who knows, she may just walk into a job, then its just me to worry about.

That would be great if Lara had a job waiting for her, let me know how she gets on. I dont think you will be out of work long, Im sure you have the gift of the gab and will talk someone into giving you some work.

Nothing is well paid over here :( But as long as you have enough to live on then thats all that matters, well it does for me.

To be honest I doubt that much can come close, in the type of work we do, to the money we earn here, I am always amazed by the amount I charge and get away with in this area, and look how unhappy I am here.

Having been a penniless traveller I am more than happy to earn enough to keep the wolves from the door and have a happy life.

anything more and you just end up wanting more.

We were on very good wages in the Uk, had company cars, mobile and credit cards and basically wanted for nothing financially. But like you say, money cannot buy happiness and we earn a fraction of what we did in the UK and as long as our bills are paid and we can go out onece a week then that will do for us.

Its funny but when we told all our mates what we wanted to do hardly any of then understood, but a couple knew what we were talking about.

I really wanted to go up to my nephews to help him set up his smallholding but I just don't want to wait for another 6 months to get out there now.
