Surprised there seems to be so much opposition. I would have thought the investment would be popular in a recession?

forget the sports complex,el tel. built 600 apartments,without the permissions of course,sell them on quickly,voila. job done.

Sounds like Polaris and look what has happened to that. They may build them but I doubt if they will sell them
