I'm still settling in and was wondering which English shops are in Spain and where they are because I want to go shopping ? Cheers darlings xxxx :wub:

Buy Spanish. you can get most equivalents and much cheaper. ;-))

Yeah I have done so far but think me mam n nana want to see a bit of England and she was told that there were a few English shops around and just wondered where

Also does anyone know if there are any English card shops! That many flipping birthdays and no cards!

We make birthday cards on the computer with Microsoft Publisher!

There is a newsagent in Javea port that sells English cards and I believe there is another English shop over at the Arenal end of Javea that sells same.

I also know that the new mall under construction in Ondara will have a C&A in it.

Have you tried the Quick Save shops that are dotted around. for English foodstuffs? A little pricey but they do have those certain items you may be craving for.

Yeah i always shop in quick save but I mean clothes wise i was told there is a primark and marks and spencers i think it was

Benidorm Indoor market for cards.

Zara's and H&Ms in La Marina shopping centre in Finestrat.

Lables and Tables sell Next clothes etc in La Nucia, just by Alfaz roundabout.

Nearest Primark is Murcia just off AP7. About 2 hrs away from you by car.

You can also get a lot by mail order these days. Amazon, Lands End (US I know but still good), Boden, White Company all come to mind. We use a company called Britsuperstore for food especially at Christmas. Sad that M&S don't do international delivery!

I would hae though there were plenty of small British Supermarkets in Benidorm for English food.

You can choose, edit and personalise cards - you can even create your own with your own pictures - and they send them direct in the Uk.

If I'm posting cards to the Uk from Spain, I often send one from that link as well just in case I get my timings wrong and miss with the spanish one.

Food is fine I can find plenty of english stuff and I prefer to shop at the place, i dont like it online
