Shopping question.

Any ideas where to buy size 42 ladies boots & shoes ? In or around Alicante..
The vast majority of (girly) styles seem to stop at 41. I asked in El Corte Ingles for some boots & was shown a handfull which looked huge & not girly at all. :(
