Hi,
There is a newish shopping centre in or near one of the rail stations in Malaga. It was built when the new station went in a few years ago.

My mother wants to spend more of my inheritance when she is next out and is asking,

Which stop is it near, she is coming on the coastal train from Fuengirola.

The very last one, Málaga Maria Zambrano - the shopping centre is built around the station so the exit from the station takes you right to the shops.

Not worth visiting, its nearly all restaurants and what good shops were there have closed due to being fined for Sunday opening. Go to Plaza Mayor train stop and visit the new section of the mall, C and A, H and M etc, worth a visit.

Plaza Mayor is now huge, twice the size it was before, go in the mornings when it`s quieter. ;-))

Oh, I must disagree. It's great for clothes shopping, all it lacks (for me at least) is a Mango. And it's only 5 mins walk from the Larios centre, where there are loads more shops, including Mango.
