Maybe flash pan fry it with a squirt of lemon? Like swordfish/tuna steaks.

I never knew that, I actually quite like it, but, what I bought today is a very dark colour more like tuna. Have already marinated it as you said but donĀ“t know whether it is better pan friend or grilled.

Add Kikkomann soy sauce to your marinade of lemon juice, crushed garlic/or ginger. Pan fry it to keep in the juices.

Couldn't resisit it.. and mine was ok....immobiliaria not shark....sounds delicious though.. shark not immobiliaria !
