Setting up a Nursery School from UK
 

Hi there,

This is something I have wanted to do for a while and I have started researching all legalities.

My question I have for you guys is what is the Spanish equivalent of the EYFS? Where I can find all the information on space required per child, staff to child ratios etc....

Also, I would be interested if anyone has done this that is on here to speak with directly.

I doubt if any one here has set up a Nursery school in Spain. getting up to 120 vies on this question. with no answers, proves that.
Searching has suggests that the regulations are area dependant. You have not said which area.

What sort of visa do you think will cover you to set up this sort of business? Or do you have an EU passport?
