Bit more info needed I think. What licences are you talking about transferring from England? Do you mean your qualifications or something?

Get an "asesoria" who knows local law. It is money well spent.

Will you have an office? If you do it will take you longer to set up than if you don´t. More bureaucratical proceedures to go through.

If you have no office it will take a few days to set up. There´s hardly anything that needs doing. If you have premises then they will need to be inspected by the local authority and you will need licences. Probably looking at 2-3 months, but only guessing.

Then you have to register at the Social Security and then at the Hacienda (Mod 036). Can be done in a few days. Get a gestor to do it if you don´t speak spanish cos you won´t be able to fill the forms in.

Due to the nature of your business I guess you will need insurances, but presumably you know more about that than I do.

It is a bit late but here is an article found on the net that may be helpful;

But in the end you should seek good legal advice.
