Default selling up

Hi
I have a property in the Alicante province, does anyone know of a good estate agent that sells to all nationalities not just the English? We don't need to sell and are just toying with the idea at the mo.

I wouldn't approach any estate agent and tell them that you are just toying with the idea of selling – they're likely to get quite rude.

Not approaching none as yet, trying to get names of some to contact when I go over and until I knew how much it would go on the market for, won't know if it's for sale or not. Why would they get rude do they not want any business?

Best thing is to look at the Spanish online property websites.

i.e. idealista, fotocasa, segundamano, kyero

You can browse properties by area to your hearts content!

Some are on estate agent listings, while others are from "particulares"- individuals.
