Please can anyone help if i earn 1500 per month cash in hand what would my employer have to pay above that to the Spanish Authorities to cover my 7 month contract with him ? and also if i paid my own AUTONOMUS would would i need to pay if i was earning that amount per month ? many thanks for any help.

Well, its hard to know exactly, it depends how much you earn in the other 5 months of the year

As autonomo, you would pay at least 250 euros per month social security, plus 20% tax on everything you earn over 250 euros (minus expensese). You then may get lots of tax back, or have to pay more, at the end of the year

In this way, out of the 1500 euros you were paid per month, you would pay roughly 250 in social security and 250 in tax, so come out with 1000 euros per month

An important point is at autonomo you would need to send legal invoices to your employer than include VAT (IVA). Your employer is then meant to withold some of your invoice and send it directly to the tax authorities

Either way, your employer must be legal and declaring their taxes properly, otherwise you won't get your tax rebate at the end of the year. This is the great catch 22 situation and why many end up working in black money
