Seeking a bit of DIY advice.

We want to replace our bath.

Is it possible to buy a new bath with end and side panels, similar to the types one can buy at B&Q or Homebase?

I ask as our present bath is tiled end and side and the end and side appear to be solid, as if the tiles have been stuck to brick and cement walls.

We usually shop at Brico Depot and AKI in Granada, where we shall be visiting either next week or the week after.

If we cannot get a bath with panels, how is the best way to fill in the side and end?

Regards

Richard

Spanish baths don`t have legs, they are bedded onto bloques and then bloque walls are built the tiled, very convenient if you have a leak. ;-(

If you are handy with wood you could do it in paneling.

As with many Spanish beds you have to ask for feet or a cradle for a bath as an extra.

Feet and panels do exist as all my baths have them and I ordered them myself as extras.

Porcelanosa had some baths with bath panels. Otherwise visit a specialist shop and ask to see catalogues bath panels should be in there.:)
