Samana Santa 2012
Does anybody have a timetable for Semana santa this year?
InfoAyamonte has a good write up of what goes on each day from 2010 but it doesn't have any timings.
Many thanks if someone can point me in the right direction, this year will be the first I have an opportunity to see it all. Might even nip over to Seville and see some of theirs as well.

Hi MikeJ,
Infoayamonte has the times listed in the What's On section under Festivals. Click on the entry for each day in Semana Santa in the April calendar.
Well done michaelh!

Mike, it has been a few years since I visited Sevilla for Semana Santa, we went one evening and it was packed to claustraphobic. We had parked at my husbands work as many places are closed off, I have forgotten how many hermandades were there, up to 60 it says for this year plus an extra 9 for the Saturday and Sunday before Palm Sunday. Some take up to 14 hrs to get there, a real honour to be asked to part of the group carrying the Cristo or Virgen. It is quite a spectacle.

This is by far the best site I've seen - if it covers the places you're planning to be.

Click on interactive map and scroll the time bar along.
Also see the recommendations of the day, some little nuggets of local info and history.

All the timings are in the events section, hour by hour but here is the timetable in full in pdf
