Ryanair website scam pop-up?

I´m hoping someone knows how to get hold of Ryanair without having to be put on hold at extortionate rates - an email address would be good. I booked a flight yesterday. Within minutes (maybe moments) of receiving & printing out the confirmation a pop-up popped up saying my card details hadn´t been received properly for one of four reasons (incorrect keying, etc) & I´d have to go back by clicking a link & do it again. I clicked (didn´t think it through) but thankfully nothing much happened.
Checked with Ryanair at Malaga airport this morning & only one payment went through, but I wondered if it was someone scamming users of their site.
I want to email them but their website seems devoid of ways to get in touch like that. Anyone any ideas?

It does say on their FAQ page that if a payment is incorrect on a new boking you will be gven a second chance to re submit and if that is not done within 5 minutes the flight will be cancelled. So it would appear that this is the case for you . Otherwise there seems no option but to phone them!
