RYANAIR TO ALLOW SMOKING ON FLIGHTS
Just read that they are going to sell for 6 euros smokeless cigarettes which will allow smokers to get "a hit of nicotine" but will not be lit. Anything for free publicity I do think.

I would! Lets hope the other airlines start this one. This is possibly the best idea that they've come up with

It is bad enough that they are going to allow mobile phones on their flights without sitting next to someone chatting on the phone and taking deep breaths with their nicotine inhalers.

Well I think its a blinding idea, it helps those who are nervous or who need a fag and it doesnt affect others really does it, there are people doing far worse on some of these flights!!!! I know Ryanair have come up with some fairly wacky ideas, but this isnt one of them IMO!

Far worse - what on earth can you mean!
fidgeting, drunks, talking loudly, crying babies, kids and adults kicking the back of your seat, mums chastising their kids loudly, arguing, snoring, eating loudly, vomiting......... In fact maybe we should start a thread about the most annoying irritations on a flight!!! My husband travels back an forth to the UK twice a week and he always has a moan about the other passengers (miserable git). Some poor, stressed soul puffing on a fake fag isnt really a major issue in my opinion  Jo xxx |

My Oh and DD2 are flying from Edinburgh week after next with Ryanair for the 1st time. My OH has done nothing but moan about O'Learys treatment of passengers, how he will not make an extra penny out of him etc. etc. He has measured his cabin bag 20 times! (Yes, OH can be a miserable git:rofl:) If he gets one half of these passengers it will be O'Learys fault! I do not smoke but until OH leaves I think I will take up with a fake fag me self. Beginning to wish I had booked BA. |
Re: RYANAIR TO ALLOW SMOKING ON FLIGHTS
The most irritating thing on a flight are the whingers that moan if a baby cries.
HTFE can they tell you their ears are hurting. ;-)) |

How small must the flight bag be ?
How can he have a different size to the other companies ? from the online boarding pass 55 x 40 x 20cm any bigger its put in the hold for 30 euros. No idea on other companies - never had a cabin bag stopped/checked yet with BA. |
