Restaurants / Pensione in Bilbao
 

I have recently moved from the UK to the Madrid area and want to visit Bilbao some time over the summer.

Are there any restaurants or hotels that anyone can recommend in that area? We love authentic Spanish cooking, a traditional ambience and not overly priced if that's possible.

Also - as it will be our first time in Bilbao - any advice on 'must see' local attractions would be helpful.

On our visit there we stayed at Hotel Artetxe - they have their own website. Its not in the centre, but up on the hill overlooking Bilbao.
