Resident Certificate what page on sede.
 

Hi. My wife and I are pursuing the Surinder Singh route in Madrid. I understand that I will need to get a Foreign Marriage Recognition Certificate from the British Embassy. One of the requirements for that is a Spanish Residents Card or certificate for me. I have no idea which page it is on on the sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/ website. Can anyone point me to the correct page and category for Madrid?
