reregistering rhd vehicle in Spain
Help and advise needed.
Does anyone know the reregistration classification for a RHD izuzu 4 by 4 pickup in spain.
Have recently brought one over from the UK , assuming that we could easily get this reregistered here....... Our ficha technica engineer thinks that this vehicle is classed here as commercial but its uk class is private/Lg......

It's classed as a commercial vehicle in Spain, also it doesn't matter what it is classed as in the UK unfortunately.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and in terms of advice, unless you can find a 'back door' way that no-one else has, then it's a case of back to the UK to sell and buy a LHD version I'm afraid.

Not only is it a commercial vehicle but it will probably be classified as a lorry for road tax purposes! my wife has an L200 4x4 and the road tax is set for a 'camion', so I guess that makes her a truck driver?
