good afternoon

is there anyway if you can find out if your property was sold?

We we had a mortgage with CAM bank I know they were took over.

my husband got a mortgage on false payslips, so by fraud and like a fool I signed the mortgage papers with him..

No longer together but there is still a debt which he decided to walk from.

we left 2007. But heâ€™s being nasty about giving my name to international debt collectors as I have a house from inheritance .. my husband has said he has told the debt collectors I am in Bulgaria for now and that they are not interested in him because he is helping them .. he does have money in a building society ..

so I am curious how to find out without bringing things to light.. the debt must be high..

and if if I have too will put house from inheritance in trust for my kids when I die, I am 60

Found it, was sold .. found on google but no idea when and was sold of 80,000 euros I think we paid 135.000 at the time ..

What you need is good professional advice - and no disrespect to other members, but with such a lot of money at stake, get the advice sooner rather than later

Yes, I do need advice, but I doubt there is any way out of this even tho he decided not to pay the mortgage as I never worked..

will have to to see if can find someone that is good at this repossession etc .. over 9 years of built up debt .. and I think 1,100 per month for mortgage ..
