You could have a look at the homes and fincas website (google) - they have a whole window full of them.
[PS: I have no commercial link with the above]

One of the detached villas in Calle de Miguel Unamuno (Jag's road!) had a signboard asking 249Keuros

How come some houses dont seem to have a kitchen in them - do they fit one when you buy the house or is that something you have to fit yourselves - thank you in advance xxxxx

That is a typically Spanish thing, it is left empty so that you can fit one to your own design. Something I think is a great idea as I am continually hearing people say 'well the 1st thing we'll do is change the kitchen'.

It can depend on the developer, sometimes they will fit the kitchen to your spec under a certain budget and other times they dont budget for a kitchen so you have to pay seperately for it yourselves on top of the asking price.

In Spain kitchens are just another room. It is up to you to provide the units and they are classed as furniture unlike the UK where they are fittings.

You can buy a house in Spain with a wonderful kitchen and when you move in it has been removed - quite legally.
