Replacement S.I.P Card.
I had my wallet nicked about 2 years ago, I eventually replaced all the crap I was carrying about in it. Drivers licence etc.....
But I still haven't got a new SIP card, when I go to the doc's they just issue me with a new 'temporary' card each time. I am fed up with this scabby bit of paper & would really like the real thing back :( Any idea's why I haven't been sent one ? Or who I have to bribe  Suzi |

Each medical centre should have a department for this or will direct you to the nearest office. They can then organize a new card or explain why it's only temporary. |
Re: Replacement S.I.P Card.
Arr good point, there probably is a 'special' dept for card problems & not the regular receptionist
Silly me I thought she might sort it out :banghead: When I signed up the receptionist did it all & I got sent the card a couple of months later. Thanks Suzi |
