Repeat perscriptions / Asthma Inhalers

Hi, was just wondering how repeat prescriptions work if you move to spain.
Not something i need to worry about just yet, but eventually the other half might join me in spain if things work out. Shes an asthma sufferer and has the ventolin inhalers on prescription. She normally picks a couple up every couple of weeks.

How would we go about ensuring she still has supply in spain?
Im hoping the better air down there will improve her asthma anyway :)

All she has to do is take her prescription to the pharmacy.

Also it would be a good idea if she had a letter from her GP describing her condition.

Job done!

If you click on "Search this Forum" and type in a word, eg "inhalers", sometimes you can find answers to questions without having to post a new thread.

Best wishes

Kyla

You will have no problem buying it over the counter but, unless you are in the state health service you will have to pay the retail price.
