Renting villa apartments
So I've finally bitten the bullet! My beautiful home in Canada is on the market and I can start looking for somewhere to rent long-term in North Costa Blanca while I look for somewhere to buy. My question is, while looking at houses for sale, it seems that every other one includes an apartment. Where do I find those apartments to rent? Or get in touch with the home-owners that may wish to rent them? I've looked at all the sites recommended and they seem to be 99% flats in blocks which wouldn't work for me, I need some garden space. And making enquiries on these sites, as has been noted by others, always seems to go through to agents who don't respond. So where are all those expats who've bought a house including a mortgage-helper apartment? I would make an excellent tenant (unabashed advertising) if I may say so myself.

Thank you, Lynnxa. It sounds very nice -- and a Spanish teacher on hand too! Would you like to ask your neighbours if they'd like to leave their home in the hands of a very responsible tenant? Non-smoker, quiet, professional, working from home, good at maintenance, etc., etc. Will keep their home clean and maintained, and even help show it to buyers.

As you've asked, I won't be breaking any rules if I point you to my web page (see signature).
These sort of places are normally holiday lets but it's sometimes hard to find this out.
