Renting in Tenerife
 

Hi we are thinking of retiring in Tenerife, initially we would like to rent for a six month period winter of 2018. The area we are thinking of is Adeje either the village or the coast.

Advice required where to look to rent and any other relevant advice, is: good estate agents, legal aspects of can a UK resident live in Tenerife for a six month period.

Hi, there is a programme on BBC 1 just now. It is called Get Away for Winter. You could get the Tenerife episode on Catch Up or On Demand. The folk looking for a winter rental get matched up with a rental company. The Tenerife one was English, I think. Worth a look to get details of the Letting Agent

Actually this was the program that inspired me, however the nearest I can find is lanzerote hence this why I have registered at British-expats to find out if the community could help me.Not unless you know they will be covering Tenerife at a later stage. I'm actually visiting tenerife in May and will try and find out some information then, any help beforehand would be much appreciated.
