Renting in Spain ( Valencia)
Evening all,
Before potentially taking the big plunge, I'm looking at finding a rental in Valencia. Ideally six months, so I can try a couple of different neighbourhoods, but open to a year. (Edit: Looking at renting for 2/3 years while Brexit pans out, and have visited Valencia a few times so know it "somewhat")
I've seen a lot of places on Idealista and from there have found a couple of agents. My question is, what should I look out for when renting in Spain? Any estate agent gimmicks? Any specific laws?
