Default Renovating in Hondon de las Nieves??

Hi,

I am going to look at a ruined house in Hondon de las Nieves, has anyone tried to get planning permission in this area? Before we buy we want to make sure we could extend the property, any advice?

Thanks in advance

Non-area-specific guidelines apply - check the classification of the property (rustico, urbano..), check the plot size and the build size, then you'll have to talk to the relevant urbanismo dept to find out what their area-specific rules are regarding building, extending etc.
