You may find that some of the online shopping for plus sizes in the UK such as Very or SimplyBe or JDWilliams ship to Europe. It's worth dropping them an email. You usually don't have to have an account if you pay be card.

I've been using them for shirts and trousers for years, the occasional coat/suit. Brilliant. Tend to use Jacamo for casual stuff. Most of the large stores around Madrid tend to have a Talleres Grande section for men.

C&A do larger sizes (and you can shop online with them too). Huelva or Forum Algarve in Faro in my neck of the woods on the border. Don´t know your location.
M&S Spain have all the usual UK sizes.

Dont be a plonxer, that wasnt sarcasm, it was a serious point / option to consider from a previous sufferer. Apart from small points like i’m still here, with my original knees/hips, and am basically diabetes proof, I actually think it paid for itself in just not having to buy things like outsize clothing..
