Hi, Does anyone have any recommendations regarding removal firms from the UK to the Costa Blanca. Not furniture, small electrical appliances, clothes, bedding, books and the like. And what would you expect to pay. Thank you in advance.

Ahh good point. Skegness. But i could maybe arrange to get the stuff to somewhere in the UK beforehand

We are based in Sheffield and when we wanted a small shipment sent to Costa Blanca north we used a firm called Stubbs European, Stubbs European are specialists in, removals to and from Spain, UK, France and Italy They are based in Essex and Manchester in the UK and Villalonga in Spain so presume Skegness would not be an issue for them. They were excellent, we sent a load of 2 cubic metres (similar to yours, all boxes of small stuff) and the cost was in the order of £250. They also stored the load for us until our house was ready. This was in 2011 so their fees may have gone up since then.

I suggest you are really ruthless and bring only what is essential - because it is often cheaper to buy new when you here - fully guaranteed, right plugs etc etc than pay to ship a load of stuff you find you do not need.
