Relocation services

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone used a relocation service when they moved to spain. If you did, are they the best bet for a smooth move?

We just looked on the internet, and booked the removal people we felt would be best value for money.

The relocation service I was thinking off would deal with finding suitable properties,all legal work organise bank accounts, utilities, in fact everything. They are not estate agents and work for their client. Any one used one of these?
