Default Relocate/letting agency

Hi all,
We thinking about to relocate to Malaga next year, could anyone give me contact to letting agency in Malaga area ? We need someone who speak English, who is reliable and honest.
We would like to arrange a few apointments to view a property. What to avoid ? What type of property choose ? Anything what we need to know?

Thank You for information (and sorry for my English i'm still learning)

Magda

Most of the estate agents will have an English speaking person available, particularly in that area. Best way to do it is boots on the ground, get to Malaga, look around for any estate agent and look at their properties available. I would most certainly suggest renting for a few months before buying so that you can find out if you really like the area before committing to buy, that also gives you a lot more time to pick and choose, it can be very expensive to buy and then decide that the area is wrong for you. Please ensure that you do NOT use the solicitor suggested by the agent, find one who is independent from them.
