Reliable internet company

My parents are moving near Villamartin and I just wanted to know what Internet companies are best for price/reliability/customer service. They don't need super fast internet with TV package just basic internet over 3Meg download is fine. The house they are moving into has a dish so the internet will prob be satelite rather than cable. Any advice gratefully received

You mean Movistar now of course - they changed name some time ago for this service.

+1 for Movistar and good luck getting over 3MB in Villamartin.
