Recognition of Disablement in Spain for a UK citizen

I am a disabled blue badge holder and I would like to know how to get my disability recognised in Spain (Andalusia).I understand that eg tax threshold (personal allowance) is higher if I am recognised as severely disabled. Where and how can I get this done im Almeria?

You won't get it recognised in Spain. Before Brexit, it was easier. It's far more difficult to get classed as disabled in Spain. It can take a year to sort it out from scratch. Some info here

Just to be clear you can't "export" your disability status or the UK blue badge to Spain, you have to apply for a disability certificate and once you are given one and it is high enough percentage you can apply to the town hall for a blue badge. And unfortunately just the disability certificate alone is a process which can take about a year.
