A reading recommendation regarding Spain
You can get two very informative books by David Searl
1.YOU AND THE LAW IN SPAIN - 21st Anniversary Edition
2.YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY IN SPAIN
There are other interesting Spain related ones too ..I have bought several books there and they give excellent service.

I bought those before we moved out and wished we had not bothered as they were out of date almost before printing. (four years ago)

We bought books when we first came out, but as you say, they are out of date as soon as they are printed.
