I've just met an estate agent acquaintance of mine in my street, with some British prospective buyers in tow! Should I write to The Times like people used to when they heard the first cuckoo of Spring?

These rare breads have either spread further a field or have started to breed as they've also been spotted here!
An estate agent colleague mentioned that he had two viewings the other day:thumbsup: |

Says it all..:eek: The local mayor became a millionaire, in fact all of them did. They've ditched the Armani suits now and most have moved inland or abroad. I wouldn't have given Power of Attorney to my dog, and he's as honest as the day is long. |
