Rare Beasts Spotted

I've just met an estate agent acquaintance of mine in my street, with some British prospective buyers in tow! Should I write to The Times like people used to when they heard the first cuckoo of Spring?

I hope you gave them some good directions to where they were looking for

These rare breads have either spread further a field or have started to breed as they've also been spotted here!

An estate agent colleague mentioned that he had two viewings the other day:thumbsup:

Oh wonder if they're related to the bank that DIDN'T pay bonuses for failure (RBS and Lloyds)

I happen to know some of the people concerned, even the typists were driving around in Mercedes', although the top people at CAM preferred BMW's.

The local mayor became a millionaire, in fact all of them did. They've ditched the Armani suits now and most have moved inland or abroad.

I wouldn't have given Power of Attorney to my dog, and he's as honest as the day is long.

No football scarves or shirts (or even tattoos/shaven heads/visible piercings) in evidence with this family, I'm glad to say - they looked fairly harmless on my brief sighting!

We just smiled and said hello (didn't want to put them off, after all!)
