Default Quiet less touristy along the Almeria coast

Can anyone suggest areas to retire to along or near the Almeria coast that are quiet minimal tourist activity but still having some good supermarkets & shops

Maybe look at Adra, western edge of Almeria, small port nice beach shops and not many of us around, or Costa Tropical, small costa but lovely to live in, next door to Almeria province (Granada)
