Question re work contract
 

Hoping maybe one of you may be able to help.

If I am legally employed with a contract I know that it also covers my 'dependents' for things such as healthcare etc. Would my partner (we arent married) be covered as a dependent? I vaguely remember someone saying I would need a Certificado de Conviviencia to prove our living together status, is there anything else I would need?

We also had to show a joint padron and sign a declaracion that if the partnership broke up the entitlement would cease.
