Purchase of house in Arta Mallorca
We have found a property we are interested in, located in the town of Arta. It is an old townhouse and the owner who is acting without a estate agent has accepted a verbal offer from us. He has now asked for a 10% deposit.
We would like to have survey carried out before we part with any money, we also would like to find a lawyer ( English speaking).

I would suggest before you pay anything or sign anything, you find yourself a lawyer. Look in any of the English language publications
