provision for special needs in spain
 
Does anyone know of any special needs, respite services available for parents either holidaying in spain or living there permanently? I would be interested in starting up a respite service for parents/carers. Any info anyone can give me would helpful

All i can say is you may do all right with expats, but the Spanish are very family orientated, even in hospitals it is looked upon that the patients basic needs is cared for by family to leave the nurses free for more important things.
Do a search on google to see if there are any similar services available in your area. ;)
