Provinces and planning
Hi, a big ask this one!! Okay so we are currently still in u.k. and our move date isnt until September next year. We are trawling the internet looking for a renovation or land to buy. We are undecided on which route to take, wether it be a cave house, a finca with a mas (?) on it or just land and maybe buildi g somethi g weird and wonderful like a container home or cob houses!! Now im told that planning is a very local issue with some provinces being very strict and others not so much. I cannot find clear info on which provinces are which though. Can anyone suggest a website that may be of use? Or can anyone share their experiences of planning in various places?? Many thanks. ☺

Fascinating site that is also a bit controversial as the guy who runs it does have a bit of a political agenda. Basic aim though is to encourage people to move back to the villages and there are several locations offering houses and land for those with practical skills to help develop the settlement. |
